Welcome to the Pizazz!

Hello friends! I’m Chris Hayner, a veteran entertainment journalist who has written for places like The Hollywood Reporter, Mashable, IGN, and Nerdist. I’m also the Senior Editor, Entertainment at Fandom/GameSpot. Beyond all of that, though, I am a resident of Brandon, Fl.

Like many, I moved to the Tampa area a few years back and wound up living in Brandon with my partner. In all of that time, the thing that’s surprised me most is how much I love this area. Brandon may be a suburb of Tampa, but it is so much more than that.

With that in mind, the Brandon pizazz was born. I want the world to see and learn about all of the cool things Brandon has to offer, including local restaurants, hang outs, specialty stores, events, and anything else in our area (even stretching a bit beyond the Brandon borders if it’s really good.) Basically, I wanted a way to spotlight all of the cool stuff I’ve found since moving here.

This project is a collaboration between myself and my partner and you’ll find us both writing here. And if there’s something we’re missing, I hope you’ll let us know! People need to know how great Brandon and we want to tell them!
